We are offering a charming 1 bedroom apartment "Fougères" that can accommodate two people located on the second
floor of the guesthouse, including :



1 bedroom with double bed (bedding and towels provided)
Large bathroom with separated WC
Fully equipped kitchenette
Cable television
Washing machine


The furnished kitchen equipment is the following :
Range
Microwave oven
Refrigerator
Several small appliances such as toaster, coffee machine, blender...
We also provide a complete set of utensils and a matching set of dishes.

In this formula, breakfast is not included

You'll find many pricing options :

Fougères room alone :
70 Euros per day
350 Euros per week, (starting on Saturday 5pm to the following Saturday 11am)

Fougères with Erable :
a neighbouring room with 2 twin beds and bathroom with separate WC :
110 Euros per day
or 500 Euros per week in high season, (starting on Saturday 5pm to the following Saturday 11am).

Deposit : 30% of the total price for the stay, payable only by personal check from a French bank or by international money order.

- Remaining balance due on arrival after seeing the accommodations.
-Cancellation : If more than 3 weeks before the arrival date of the reservation, the deposit will be reimbursed minus 30 Euros processing fee.
- If less than 3 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit will not be returned.
